Refund policy

There are no refunds for used products but you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving it. If you have a product that arrived damaged, send us a picture of it to help@bancebar.com and we will replace it promptly for you at no additional cost. Email us at help@bacnebar.com for the address where to send your returns. Thank you!
